How long does a render take? +
Most renders complete in 15–45 seconds depending on the model and resolution selected. 8K upscaling takes slightly longer.
Do credits expire? +
Credit pack credits never expire for active subscribers. ⚠️ Unused Credits Expire After 6 Months of Subscription Inactivity.
Can I use the renders commercially? +
Yes. All renders generated on ArkViz AI are yours to use for commercial purposes including client presentations, marketing materials, and publications.
What AI models power the renders? +
ArkViz AI automatically routes each render to the engine best suited for that render type and quality tier, so you don't need to pick a model yourself. Advanced users can still choose a specific engine from the settings panel if they prefer.
Is there a subscription plan? +
